We are a telehealth outpatient mental health counseling practice based in Virginia. We want our clinicians to prosper, have a healthy work-life balance, and feel supported. This in turn provides a great counseling experience for our clients.

Licensed Clinicians

Candidate Qualification Requirements for Licensed Clinicians:

  • Counseling (LPC), Social Work (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) license that is in good standing and active in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

  • At least one year of licensed clinical experience.

  • Passion for quality clinical work

Responsibilities:

  • Complete initial, comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment of individuals, families, couples, and groups.

  • Complete treatment planning with clients at the start of services and continually in order to determine appropriate level of care and clinical needs.

  • Coordinate with community partners as needed for comprehensive client care.

  • Record client sessions, progress, and contact in a timely and ethical manner.

  • Implement interventions tailored to the clinical, cultural, and personal needs of your clients.

  • Maintain compliance with ethical organizations in implementation of counseling services.

  • Be willing and able to take feedback

  • Master's in Counseling or Social Work

  • Be eligible for approval from the Virginia Board of Counseling
